Shipping policy

GORA beans are grown, roasted and sealed in Ethiopia by Moyee Coffee, then held and shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like GORA, write to us and we will tell you when that changes.

Processing

Orders placed on a business day are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are packed on the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout from your address. The estimate begins when your parcel is handed to the carrier, not when you place the order.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. If the tracking has not moved after five business days, contact us.

Addresses

Please check your address before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable can only be re-sent at the original shipping cost.

A note on freshness

Coffee is shipped as whole bean in a sealed, one-way-valve bag, which is what keeps it fresh in transit. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and grind it as you brew.
